Your behavior negatively impacts other users or our systems

3. Redistribution of Content

All content available through the Developer Portal — including documentation, builds, and other materials — is the intellectual property of The Minimal Company or its licensors, and is provided solely for authorized use.

You may not:

Redistribute, sell, or publicly share any content made available through the portal
Use the content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
Claim ownership of any content you did not create

4. Restricted Builds (Beta, Alpha, and Internal Releases)

Certain builds or downloads may be designated as Beta, Alpha, or Internal releases. These are provided for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing, distributing, or leaking restricted builds
Using restricted builds outside of approved testing environments
Making restricted builds publicly available without written consent

Legal action may be taken against individuals or entities who violate these restrictions, including but not limited to copyright infringement, breach of contract, and damages.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Developer Portal or by email. Continued use of the portal after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
